So the latest decision in our household has been whether to keep our home on the active MLS listing for sale or not. Since 2011 was not a very helpful year in our lives I was kind of panicking and thinking that I really needed to get out from under our high overhead both financially and emotionally.
After having the house up for sale from June 2011 thru now and only receiving one offer (low!!!) I think the Goddess upstairs has brought down her guidiance, stay put!!
So my husband and I crunched some numbers and have decided to stay in our home for another year.
Sometimes I supposed things are better left as they are until you get that lightening bolt from above telling you to go. Certainly no such storm has rolled in on us. Only dark clouds and cold showers.
The moral of the story, I guess just remain happy with what you have until such time as an offer comes along that is just too good to pass up.
