Why is there such a predominate attitude about religion and science that they must be at odds with each other? Is it not possible to believe in one, just as much as the other? I think through science we can and will become closer to the knowledge of what it is to be human, and it will bring us closer to whatever it is we call god.
Where does it say we must sit back and be content with our place in life? What if god is sitting on his front porch waiting for us to walk up and say “We Finally Figured it out” how else but through the use of our logical minds will we find the truth in what life means.
I cannot be content with “There are some things we are not meant to understand” ….according to who?
