  There is nothing more worthy than the virtue of selflessness.

         Selflessness unites people.

     It is the healing herb that unifies strangers and brings families together.

     It is the love for others that is higher than self-love;

                           It is our only hope.

   

   

   I felt this an appropriate thought for the up coming Thanksgiving holiday.  My hope is that we all will take time to reflect on giving all that we have in an effort to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Remeber that giving can be as simple as a smile, Giving of ourselves shouldn't happen only once a year. If you have ever noticed those with the virtue of selflessness never seem to be in need, while those who are greedy never seem to have enough.
