We have a diverse forum, that is something to be cherished. We will likely not all agree most of the time but there comes a point where I feel I must draw a line.
It is one thing do have different opinions, it is quite another to mock or insult someone elses opinion. I will tolerate many things, I push myself every day to do just that. To understand my fellow human beings will not be the same as I.
But what I will not accept:
NEVER insult someones belief, or value as a human being for that belief.
NEVER make a mockery of images important to another persons belief.
You may say to me, "But people under the banner of religion X have done this for centuries...."
I say to you "So? Do two wrongs make a right? Did the specific person whom you insulted do these things? No? Then such behavior is that of a child throwing a tantrum, grow up!"
