The Plight of Earth Mother, the Plight of Her Chilkdren

  The land, the water, the air we breath is poisoned here. The fish of the waters tastless, the wildlife filled with worms and parasites, plants infused with toxins, all unfit to eat, all unfit to nourish. Those of us that still commune with the Great Earth Mother feel her sarrow, share her pain, taste the sickness in her tears. We cry with her, there is little we can do, She is a loving Motrher and forgives us our failures, and still gives us what she can. She too feels our sarrow, our pain, and drinks our tears, welcoming what love we can give Her back. Man, the great destroyer, has done much to harm Earth Mother and her children taking from both not careing for more than greed. Our children are plagued with this as they grow, the females grow fast in their young years, hormone infested processed milks, and meats see to this. Our young men grow infertile or bear generations of deformed and contaminated youths. None are taught the ways of old they know not the sacred unity of Earth Mother and them. We, The Grandfathers, and Grandmothers are warehoused in communities and villages. We are told we are to old to participate in their society, and not allowed to tend to the Earth Mother anymore, we are forgotten, left to die when there is so much life left to give. The reservations of the condemed. Earth Mother knows many of us of old gave to her in our young years, She cries for us to have to give up life She gave us when there is much life left. Man's structured laws and rules prevent giving back to the Earth Mother, there the senario of where the spirits are willing, but society damns! Earth Mother suffers these constraints and pains her not to be able to give to her children, to be fertile in life of Her own. These structures has lead to Her destruction, Her demise, and to ours as well. So much to offer, so much to share, Earth Mother and Her children, so little is offered this unity so devine! No freedom for Earth Mother, No freedom for Her children, No freedom for Her creatures, No freedom for Her plants, No freedom, No freedom! Such is the plight of Earth Mother, Such is the plight of Her children.
