Nature

  • I was talking to my neighbor yesterday; well he was talking to me. Moreover, he more or less hinted that I move my bird feeder further from his fence to prevent the squirrels from climbing on his fence to get to it. How ridiculous is that? When will people get the knowledge that this land is not ours to rule? There is no way to prevent the creatures of the Lady and the Lord from going on the land. The arrogance to think that just because someone physically owns the property does not mean the creatures will not use it. This land is not ours; it belongs to nature and The Lady and The Lords creatures! We can build homes to protect us from nature, but outside of that, the creatures allow us to co inhabit the area with them. Not the other way around.

It disgusts me when I see people cutting down trees in their yard…just because they do not like trees! Alternatively, put stones and fabrics down to prevent the grasses from growing. I cannot stand it when I have to go to the cities. Humans have all but obliterated nature from its confines. I cannot wait to leave them and get back to some form of nature.

I laugh when I hear people say, “oh my god, civilization again…” You want to be around civilization so bad, then stay in the concrete jungle and leave us that prefer to commune with nature alone. Civilization, what is really considered civilized? Most humans see it as progress and sharing space with other human inhabitants. Is this really what is civilized? When the news, and Medias are constantly reporting crimes against other humans by other humans. This is civilized? Crazy ******* concept if you ask me.

When I get up in the morning, I go outside and breath in the night air, (I get up early) and look to the skies and thank the Goddess I am alive. As the sun and daylight approaches, I thank the God for his warmth and light. I sit on the front porch and watch their creatures of the land and air communeing together and eating from my bird feeder and sipping water from the bird bath, together. I talk with them and join energies with them. I think to myself…now, that is civilization! Thank the Goddess and God for this.
