But there was one question I asked last weekend that scores of readers griped about: Why do so many people doubt President Barack Obama’s faith? Obama has talked publicly about his faith for years, but doubts persist. Why? Was it race? Was he a different kind of Christian than his predecessors? How can anyone judge whether another person is a Christian?...

Ad people judge because Christianity is a religion, and that's what religions do! If you don't "follow the rules" then you are considered not a part of that religion.Now to take this further, for a person who is supposedly Christian he has shown more favor to Muslims and against people of Christianity. He will help build a Muslim Church but won't even say a prayer for the holidays. He's not even Christian in my standards and I'm not even a "Christian". However, the only reason why I even care about his faith is to is because, like everything else he does, he only does hat the higher ups tell him to. He has lied on several accounts, including his faith. I would rather have a Muslim president then a hypocrite and lying "Christian". But he won't in votes that way and he knows it. less
