THE WORD ON BAD LANGUAGE

  • SO I WAS LOOKING THROUGH SCRIPTURE WHEN I FOUND THESE VERSES IN EPHESIANS:

    EPH.4:29-32

"DON'T USE BAD LANGUAGE.SAY ONLY WHAT IS GOOD AND HELPFUL TO THOSE YOU ARE TALKING TO,AND WHAT WILL GIVE THEM A BLESSING.

DON'T CAUSE THE HOLY SPIRIT SORROW BY THE WAY YOU LIVE.REMEMBER,HE IS THE ONE WHO MARKS YOU TO BE PRESENT ON THAT DAY WHEN SALVATION FROM SIN WILL BE COMPLETE.

STOP BEING MEAN,BAD TEMPERED AND ANGRY.QUARRELING,HARSH WORDS,AND DISLIKE OF OTHERS SHOULD HAVE NO PLACE IN YOUR LIVES.INSTEAD,BE KIND TO EACH OTHER,TENDERHEARTED,FORGIVING ONE ANOTHER.JUST AS GOD HAS FORGIVEN YOU BECAUSE YOU BELONG TO CHRIST."

I LOVE THESE READINGS,IT NOT ONLY TALKS ABOUT BAD LANGUAGE,BUT JUST AN OUTLINE OF HOW GOD WANTS US TO LIVE OUR LIVES.I'M NO ANGEL,AND HAVE BEEN GUILTY MYSELF OF GOING AGAINST GODS WORD OF COURSE,BUT LOOKING FURTHER INTO THE SCRIPTURE,I NOW KNOW IN PLAIN ENGLISH,JUST WHAT OUR CREATOR WANTS FOR US AS A WAY OF LIFE.I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS BLOG,WHAT I HAVE TYPED IS OUT OF LOVVE FOR OUR GOD.THE LAST LINE IS MY FAVORITE.PEACE AND LOVE
