Why Us? Part 2

  • Why Us

     Part 2

    Psalm 8:4
"What is man that you are mindful of him?"

I can see it now. As King David gazed into the heavens and saw the glorious night sky a sense of awe came over him. Falling to his knees he asked the Creator the question most people want to know; what is man, and why does God even bother with him? He may not have put it exactly that way, but I am sure it was something very similar. What are we to the Creator? Why are we here? What is our purpose, our destiny? In my last blog I discussed who the Creator's are, and how they placed the evidence of their existence in the creation itself for all to see. The sun represents the Father, the Moon represents the Son, and the stars represent the angels. These heavenly bodies work in harmony; allowing life to exist on this planet, but how does man fit into the scheme of things; in short, why are we here? Again in order to find the answers to this question we must go back to the beginning.

    Genesis 1:26:
"Then God said, 'Let Us make man in our own image, according to our likeness.'"

Last week I discussed how there is more than one being we call God. There is the Creator and there is the Word. The Word, through His speech, created all things, but it was through the direction of the Father. The Word then came down to earth and walked among men. He is the one called Yahoshua. He claimed to be the Son of God, and He called the One who sent Him His Father. They were a family, Father and Son, the family of God. The bible says, they created man in their own image and likeness, but what does that really mean.

Strong's Concordance of the Bible defines image as: a phantom, an illusion, a resemblance, hence a representative.

It defines likeness as:  a model, a shape, a likeness in manner.

Man was designed to look like the Creators. He was designed to be of similar thought and attitude. We were to be the physical representation of them. A representative speaks for the one who sent him. He is a subordinate, doing and speaking the words of a greater power. So in order to understand the purpose of man, we must first understand the purpose of the Creators.

    Revelations 1:13-16:
"....One like the son of man clothed with a garment down to His feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. His head and His air were white like wool, His eyes like a flame of fire; His feet were like fine brass, in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a two edge sword."

This is the description of Yahoshua in His glory. He had a head, a body, arms, hands and feet. W also has a head, hands, and feet. We were made to look just like them in form, but what about thought? The job of the Creators is to create. They created the heavens, the earth and all living things therein. Like Them, man also creates. The ability to think, design, and build, is what separates us from the animals. There are some creatures who are capable of building things and using tools, but man is the only creature that can do whatever he sets his mind to. Man has gone from building straw huts to constructing giant skyscrapers. He has gone from wooden chariots to machines of steel that can carry him great distances. Man is the only creature on this earth that can imagine, than design, and then build that which he thought. This is man; made in the image and likeness of His Creator.

I heard someone say that everything created by man is created to solve a problem. From a watch to tell time more accurately; to a cup that will keep liquids hot. Everything is built for a purpose, to solve problems. Could this also be true of God? Did They create us to solve a problem?

    Genesis 1:27:
"So God created man in His own image; ....."

    Genesis 2:18:
"And God said, 'It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him."

So we see that after the creation of man there was a problem. He was alone. There was no one like him. Man needed help, but for what reason?

    Genesis 2:21-22:
"And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam; He took one of his ribs, then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into woman...."

    Genesis1:28:
"Then God blessed them, and God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply.' "

After they created woman; they charged them {the male and female}, to be fruitful and multiply. In other words, He was commanding them to reproduce. To make children after their own likeness, after their own image; they were to become a family.

Is this not what the Creators did? Reproduce Them?

Man and woman come together, and through the act of intercourse are able to have children. They are able to create life. They are able to reproduce. They, male and female, are able to create a life that is shaped and modeled after them. Is this not the same act as the Creators? The Creator and the Word, working together in harmony, to create life which is modeled after themselves. They were a family, the God family, and they wanted off spring. Male and female coming together as one to make a new life. Coming together to extend their family by having children. Their children are then born into that family, and by extension, are now in the family of man.

The Creators wanted to extend their family; so they created man, male and female. Can you grasp the significance of what I am saying? They wanted a family. They created man because they wanted to have children.

To understand what I am saying more clearly let us look at the life and words of Yahoshua.

    Matthew 1:18:
"Now the birth of Yahoshua was as follows: After His mother was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit."

    Matthew1:20:
"...The Lord appeared to him {Joseph} in a dream, saying, 'Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.' "

So let us stop and understand exactly what is going on here. Mary was the mother of Jehoshua. Before she was to marry Joseph, she found that she was pregnant. Joseph was going to call off the marriage, because he believed, since she was pregnant, that she had slept with another man. An angel came and told Joseph that Mary had not been unfaithful, but had become impregnated by the Holy Spirit.

This is a topic of contention among many people. How could a virgin give birth, but I say that Mary was not a virgin in the typical sense? She did not all of a sudden get pregnant by no one; she was impregnated by the Holy Spirit. The Father of her child was the Creator. Mary was the mother. The Holy Spirit the sperm. God the Father. The result was Yahoshua, born of God and Man. He was not illegitimate, He knew who his Father was; it was God; the Creator.

    Matthew 10:32:
"Therefore whoever confesses me before men, him I also will confess before my Father who is in heaven?"

    Matthew 12:50:
"For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."

The Creator also knew that Yahoshua was His Son.

    Matthew 3:17:
" And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, 'This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.' "

Yahoshua was the son of God. He said anyone who does the will of His father, is His {Yahoshua} brother and sister. Do you see where this is going? Can you understand the significance of those words? We can be the brothers and sisters of Yahoshua. That would make the Creator our Father.

    Romans 8:29:
"For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren."

The bible says that Yahoshua was to be the first born of many brethren. He claimed to be the son of God, which would make Him God. It was for this reason that the people crucified Him. It was because of this claim that He was hated.

    John 10:31-33:
"Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. Yahoshua answered them, 'Many good works I have shown you from my Father. For which of those works do you stone me?' The Jews answered Him, saying, 'for a good work we do not stone you, but for blasphemy, and because you, being a Man, make yourself God.' "

To the Jews this was unacceptable. The worst sin in the world, to them, was for a man to claim to be God. Jehoshua said, God was His Father, and being the Son of God, made Him God. He was a member of the God family. So how did He answer the charges which were made against Him? Read the next words very carefully, for it is this reason that man was created.

    John 10:34:
'Yahoshua answered them, "Is it not written in your law, 'I said, you are gods.' "

Yahoshua quoted these words from Psalms which can be found in the Old Testament.

    Psalms 82:6:
"I said, 'You are gods. And all of you are the children of the Most High.' "

Do you see it? Do you understand? We, like Yahoshua, are to become the children of God. We are to be born into the family of God. We are to become Gods. Is it blasphemy to say that we are to be Gods?  Is it blasphemy to say that we shall be born into the Family of God, through the Holy Spirit, just like Yahoshua? It was for this reason man was created. This is our destiny. Not to be angels, or ghosts, or reincarnated into something else. Our destiny is to be as Yahoshua; born into the family of God. We shall be like Him. We shall be Gods. But how can this be?

    John 3:3:
"..."most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God. "

    Vs. 5-7:
"....Most assuredly I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. That which is born of flesh is flesh, and that which is born of spirit is Spirit. Do not marvel that I said you must be born again.' "
    1 Corinthians 15:50:
"Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God...."

Yahoshua was born of man, but conceived by the Holy Spirit. He was the first born of many brethren. He is our brother, and like Him, through the Holy Spirit, we shall be born into the family of God. What will we be doing? We shall do what our Father does. We shall go into the family business, we shall create.

    Romans 8:18-21:
"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope: because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God."

Creation itself will be delivered to the children of God. That is our purpose; that is our destiny. The Messiah was killed for delivering it, and some today say it is blasphemy to even think this, but this is the Gospel, the Good News. This is the purpose and destiny of Man.

Our physical form, and the ability for male and female to come together and create children, in essence, reproduce themselves, is nothing more than a type or a shadow of the relationship between the Creator and the Word. It is to show us who they are, what they look like, and our reason for being, our destiny. The children of men are born into the kingdom of men. This is a physical kingdom, made up of physical material, but the Kingdom of God is a spiritual Kingdom, made of Spirit. Man in is present state may not enter into that Kingdom. There must be a change for man to become eligible.

    1 Corinthians 15:51-52:
"Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall be changed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall all be changed."

When we are baptized in water and given the Holy Spirit, we are as fertilized eggs in a woman's womb. The unborn child is cared for and nurtured by its mother until birth. When the child is born it then becomes eligible to enter into the kingdom of man. So it will be in the future. When man is given the Holy Spirit, like an egg, we are then fertilized, cared for, and nurtured, until we are born again, into Spirit. We are changed.

    1 Corinthians 50:53-54:
"For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: 'Death is swallowed up in victory. O' death, where is your sting? O' Hades, where is your victory.' "

Do you have eyes that see? Do you have ears that hear? The destiny of Man is to become God. We are as unborn children, growing, developing, and eventually being born again. Not in a physical form that is corrupted, but in a spirit form which is immortal. This is why we are told not to worry about anything.

    Matthew 6:31-33:
"Therefore do not worry, saying 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' ...... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."

When a child is in its Mother's womb, it has no worries. All its needs are taken care of. We are to be the same. All the physical needs of this life are given to us. We are taken care of by our spiritual parents until the day of our change, our birth. Then we shall be a member of a new family, the family of God. We are the only creatures on Earth eligible for this gift. The animals are not promised this, nor are the trees, rocks, or anything else that was created by God. Not even the Angels have this promised to them.

    Psalms 8:4-5:

"What is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you visit him? For you have made him a little lower than the angels, and you have crowned him with glory and honor."

The Creators are mindful of man, because we are to be their children, in their Kingdom. We are a little lower than the angels because we are still in this physical form, but there will come a time when we will be changed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye we shall be raised and become the sons and daughters, brothers and sisters of the Creators.

Romans 8:14-15: "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry out,'AbbaFather.' "

Everything created on this Earth by God is for their glorification. We are no different. The relationship between man and woman is a type of the relationship between the Creator and the Word. The relationship between the parents and their children is a type of the relationship between the Father and the Son. This earth and the things on it are nothing more than a recreation of what is actually in heaven. This world is only a shadow of the true reality which waits. A reality that because of our finite mind we cannot fully comprehend. The Creators are infinite; they are the beginning and the end.

Revelation 1:8: ‘I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.' says the Lord. 'Who is and Who was and Who is to come, the Almighty.' "

They are also to be our parents in the coming Kingdom. I can't think of any better news than that. Well my friends it is time to stop. If this gives you some hope for the future of man then I have done my job and I pray one day the creator can look down upon us and say, “This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased. "

    Peace

Mystic Angel co-creation :) I was often taught humility towards God and that the gifts that possess are not of God, but this show's that it is of God, and not only did God give this to us he WANTS us to use them. I have learned over the last several years how powerful...  more
