Dear Lord Jesus,
As this Father's Day Weekend approaches, We ask for You to embrace the earthly fathers. We ask that You fill their hearts with the love and blessings You bestow on them and let them share that with their children.
Help them to create memories with their families through compassionate listening and sharing in their wisdom. Remind them that they hold the small hands and hearts of their children, just as You hold them. Lift them up in a showering of affection and guide them in their ways.
Comfort those who are unable to spend time with their father and remind them that their Heavenly Father is always here for them.
Bless all the fathers that are serving in our military and bring them safely home.
