The Feminine Mystique

  • When it comes to women and religion there are many lines drawn between what is acceptable and what is forbidden however when it comes to women and spirituality there are no limits. Women, like men, are creations of nature made perfect for their purpose of love and connecting. Women nurture and conquer. Women hold power in their essence and embrace the masculinity of their brothers. While the business of religion has dominated the minds of generations to see women as objects of lessor beings those who are truly spiritual have fought hard to embrace the Feminine Mystique.

The woman by design is power. She holds the strength to give life and take it, she holds the embrace of passion, she does not whither away but keeps coming back stronger. She encourages and discourages, she is light and dark, she is calm and rage, she is love and hate, she is simply and vibrantly woman.

We all hold dear to the spirit of the female. In one way or another we relate to this spirit by relationship or it is within us. Whether we are male or female the feminine is a part of our soul. Everyone emerged from the feminine and it is a part of us. Some of us came through as male others as female however we for a moment in time were connected to the spirit of the woman. The feminine is the great connector and the origin of life.

Strong women will ensure life continues so that it is balanced. Life for the sake of life is merely death. To bring forth life that is not meant to be is a violation of spirituality and against the very laws of nature. To enforce motherhood is a violation of motherhood.

Women are not meant to be in subjection to men, they never were. As fine an idea as that may sound like to "some" men it is not practical nor is it appropriate. The very idea breeds danger and destruction. Slavery in any form is an abomination to the very existance of humankind. We are not better or worse due to our genitalia we are simply human. We are male, female neither or both. We are human, nothing more. We are designed to connect together without limitations based upon our spiritual energies attracting us toward one another.
