Tomorrow ameren is going to shut our electricity off. We somehow have amassed a 1580.00 bill. I cannot fathom how because our small house, according to their energy usage report, we use around 220-250.00 a month in electric. We paid 800 two months ago, and 285 last month. We are desperate for help as our community outreach programs are all out of funding. This is my last ditch effort. I really don't want to ask for help on here but I have no where else to turn. I have searched and searched for a job, to no avail. Please, PLEASE, if you can help we would be forever grateful and do whatever we can to repay. Thank you,
