I've been around the block, put through the wringer once or twice, and have found my own version of peace and happiness. People are constantly asking me about happiness. I tell people happiness is a frame of mind. If you can be happy with what you have done to your life, then let the good times roll. If not, then you have to ask my favorite question, "Why?"
