Please Pray for us! Although we have transcripts the jude has an "Independent Recollection" and has decided that his, undocumented version is what he will administer. So, he refuses to let me husband to be out of WASCO.
Our attorney stated this is some kinds of "back room" deal and not at all what we understood. In addition, the amount of time remaining is short so he said we can withdrawal the plea. He is picking a la carte parts of the prior and current plea and administering them as he sees fit and not at all what my guy understood.
The last time I checked this was the USA and we have a constitution to protect against this type of thing, My attorney wants to do a writ but has never done one and I am running out of money. I cone from an old-fashioned Germanic background so I get "their ball, their rules" as dad used to say...but when they change them mid-play..I just don't even know what country I am in anymore!
