I Baylen Clarke preliminary set upon the court, the public and it citizens.
To for the last time time to formally question I on such actions of my past in the form of public announcement so that I may answer all and any said question without prejudice.
In addition, that upon careful and unpremeditated search through all resources given by god and government is set free from all future searches and the responsibilities incurred there on for the sake of identity for the case of Emancipation.
