ACA is a sham!

  This issue is getting old and wornout.

   

  The massive amounts of funding going to the purpose of "selling" the American People on the virtues of government-mandated participation in the ill-named "Affordable Care Act" (aka: "Obamacare"). Since WHEN does government have the constitutional authority to mandate ANY economic participation, or the purchase of any product or service - from a private industry - by a US citizen? Since WHEN does the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES have any authority to hold the People to be bound to another odious "government mandate" to perform???

   

  The SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES has, once again, gone off of its constitutional "rocker"! Not even the varitable "inter-state commerce clause" grants this kind of governmental authority over the people! It is waaaay past time that the people get a clue! This so-called "government-of-the-people" is in the bank-pockets of the private industries, NOT of the "voting public".

   

  Our health is ultimately, OUR RESPONSIBILITY, and NOT the government's! No business executive, no politician or bureaucrat, no judge or magistrate, and no other person; agency; or entity altogether has ANY AUTHORITY to mandate any citizen's economic participation, especially when it deals with "unconscionable contracts and agreements" to where the citizen cedes any of his/her remaining rights to Be!
  
  I will NOT comply!

  AND - I would be very stupid to go along with and comply!

   

  This healthcare bill ("law") will finish bankrupting our economy - because there are businesses who ARE shutting down! So WHO will be able to pay??? Our middle-class??? Yeah, right! The "middle-class" is the fastest-shrinking segment of our population right now. This "law" will simply hasten the effect. More people without jobs, means more people who will not be able to pay anything! - That's an economic truth.
