What is it that God truly wants for us? Some erroneously believe that He wants us to suffer. Others believe, also erroneously, that He wants nothing more than blind devotion and complete subservience. However, God wants for us
to obtain eternal life and happiness through belief in His son, Jesus Christ. John 3:16 states simply: "And God so loved the earth that he gave his only begotten son; that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." When we achieve the splendor of Heaven, not only will we have eternity beside our heavenly Father, but also eternal joy! Amen.
