I am In Crawford County and went to court house to get licensed in Ohio to do Weddings. I went to the county Clerk Of Courts they said I needed to Go to Probate so I did and they told me to go to Clerk of Courts. so needless to say I got the run around. so now I am asking for help as to what is the proper way and who I need to see about it any help would be welcomed thanks
