Forgiveness - The Baptism

  • Forgivness and forgiving is what we should all know more about, we should even be taught the way of forgiveness somewhere within our education as we grow up. Forgiveness is such an important factor in getting closer to our creator that I have been told it is the first step in becoming much more closer to our creator and all things divine: Forgiveness is the 1st step, baptizing.

    STEP 1 (The Baptism)
True divine peace and happiness, much like divine truth, come from within. To start one must cleanse their foundation by first baptizing, or cleansing themselves. It's not so much about cleaning a lifestyle up, that its about cleaning ones actions up. Actions of ones past, present, and future. One may begin the process by rebuilding bridges of the past they may have burned, and finding those still reachable that they have wronged (Wrong as in doing something to someone else that which you would not like done to yourself) gathering a, "cleanup list" if you will. This is followed by physically reaching out to each of those on that cleanup list in order to physically go back and look them in the eye and genuinely say three most empowering words, "I am Sorry". Once finished, whether or not everyone accepted your sincere apologies or not, so long as you were completetly genuine in your intent, you are forgiven and subsequently cleansed as a result. Once you have completed your cleanup list you are not only forgiven by others, but you will finally forgive yourself. Aaaah the air, the relief! With the clouds gone, the anchor unhitched, feeling lighter, fresher, happier, with little luggage to carry you may now assume a life closer to that of the divine as you will no longer be starting from a foundation of resent, misery or incomplete suffering.

A vital part of forgiving is in that the intent must be genuine and you must really accept or even surrender to the forgiveness. Surrendering as such releases any and all power the problem may have once held over you. You are released from wrong doing and no longer must carry its energy.

As such one can only now begin to imagine how toxic everything can become with a bunch of people running around with unforgiven issues, slinging it here, slinging it there, making for more issues. The pile grows and grows. That is until you become accountable and wise enough to know that this pathway to cleansing and surrendering to forgiveness actually empowers you and makes you stronger. And MUCH stronger in the trust area having to do with our creator. The idea is, "How might I gain a better position of trust with our creator?". And that pathway begins with forgiveness. Here and Now. :) That process of gaining more trust in our creator has nothing to do with believing you are forgiven of all future sins. One is empowered with their free will of choice, so if they know what is wrong and know what is right they are indeed empowered by their free will of choice, to DO GODS WILL! One is empowered over sin by their free will of choice.

    Love, Light and Power,
