Sunday Morning Reflections

  • I love Sunday mornings. The only other souls awake at my house, are the two dogs and the two cats. It is usually so quiet and peaceful, that I am allowed to spend time in quiet reflection.  However; this morning, my youngest dog is full of piss and vinegar and has decided that we don't need to sit with our thoughts.  Between antagonizing the cats, or going after my middle aged dog, it is really hard to find any solitude.  I ponder, what is the lesson to be taken away from this?  What can I possibly learn from all this chaos?  And then it hits me: life is full of distractions and chaos. It is up to each and everyone of us to take personal responsibility on how we respond to chaos around us. Are we going to get caught up in the vacuum of negativity and noise that desires to suck up everything in its path?  Or are we going to be like a steadfast rock in a river bed, in which the current moves around us?

I choose the latter. But I don't want to be any rock, I want to be like the rose quartz. The properties of the rose quartz in water are Unconditional Love, Spirituality, Tolerance, Joy, Heart Healing.

I will allow my soul frequency to send out vibrations of unconditional love, spirituality, tolerance, joy, and heart healings to all that I come into contact with.
