In these days we let things get to us . makeing us feel down sad sick i could go on and on
but if we would just say father God please help me please let my thinking change
let me think of good things not bad things
start thinking today is a beautiful day today i will get a job today i will start getting better and i will not be sick anymore
and so on and you will see a big change in your life
