I feed birds in my front yard and watch them compete for the food. I have only seen two species fight over the food: saw a blue jay ward off a starling. The starling was a tad bit bigger I thought, and did not fight the blue jay back- just flew yonder...
I could probably think of many more examples for this blog... Yes, I know what you are thinking.... But in my time here on this planet, I have found to discover that- Does size matter? is really circumstantial or relative to any situation you wish to put this phrase in....
The bigger you are the harder you could fall if a dwarf boxer knew karate' and the big dude did not....
