Sometimes You Just...

  • I belong to a few of these sites and participate on them all. I find that so many people are so busy trying to prove through quotes , fancy language, over emphisized stories and plain old "because I said so" that THEIR viewpoint is the right one that they miss all of the little jewels that others leave for you along your path. When you get so caught up in your own righteousness and your own petty problems, you can not "stop to smell the roses" so to speak.

Life is not meant to be a torturous existence until we die and go to some mystical place to be happy. I find that when posting to some of these blogs and polls, once in a while you find a jewel left for you, by a person who has really read and understood the questions. If you are soooo busy convincing others of what you think you believe that you miss these jewels then maybe you need to slow down and smell the roses.

Sometimes you just need to accept things for what they are and enjoy your life as it is. Our opinions and "proofs" for right and wrong are only important to us. LISTENING and not speaking makes even a fool seem wise. So while your out there surfing and reading the posts of others, try and remember that your beliefs are your own, and not someone elses. If you "see" things as they truly are, you will not miss so many of those little jewels, that make life a little more worth living.

Mystic Angel because with each nugget of "enlightment" comes with a million contradictions and the only person to really understand is the person who is teaching it, because they understood that each must come to their own truths :)

HP Tony Mele I intensionally use wording that could be considered "biblical" but the origins are much older. You have a grip on what I am saying, and for that I am greatful:) It is these jewels that make up our faith:)
