  • The Cost Of You
    Monday, December 24, 2018
When you buy something, you pay at least what you think it’s worth. No one pays more than they think something’s worth. You’re valuing the object you’re paying for at least as much as what you’re giving for it. Now think of Calvary, of Messiah on the cross. What did God pay for you? He paid for you with the life of His only begotten Son. That means God loves you as much as He loves His only begotten Son. What does that mean? It means He loves you as much as He loves His own Life - not because we were worth it, but because He loved us with a love that makes us worth it. How must you love Him in view of that price? Love Him as much or more than your own life. How could you do any less? How should you love others? Love them as much or more than your own life. Because God so loved you, that the price for you was Himself. Thus, live your life in a way that’s worthy of the price He paid – a life worthy of the life of God.
From Message #527 - The Price

    Scripture: Philippians 1:21

TODAY'S MISSION - Today, offer up to God true sacrifices worthy of the price He paid for you.
