  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Father in Heaven,

   

  Thank you for giving us Your laws to keep us on track, to keep us safe, to help our lives to be more orderly, secure and happy…and to protect us.

   

  Please help me to focus on Jesus: The Lawgiver today.

   

  Please give me understanding so that I am obedient and wise regarding the laws you would have me follow and the ways I should live.

   

  You are my judge and my deliverer.

   

  May I never be judgmental of others, as Jesus taught...

   

  Judge not, that you be not judged.

  For with what judgment you judge,

  you will be judged;

  and with the measure you use,

  it will be measured back to you.

  Matthew 7:1-2

   

  May I always provide loving guidance when needed, always speaking the truth in love and only speaking when the time is right.

   

  May I be a loving and obedient example to others, bringing glory to you, Father.

   

  In Jesus' name, I pray,
