  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Father in Heaven,

   

  Today I want to ask for Your special protection and blessing upon the people who work in Children’s Ministries in my church and in churches and schools around the world.

   

  Please continue to work through them to spiritually nurture the children under their care.

   

  Help them to remain faithful to You, to their purpose, and to the welfare of the children You entrust to them.

   

  I pray also that You would weed out those who do not belong in ministry to children; those who do not have the gifts or compassion; those whose motives are not pure and who would cause harm.

   

  You have all power and authority over every person in ministry to children.

   

  Thank You, Lord, for blessing the children.

   

  But Jesus called them to Him and said,

  “Let the little children come to Me,

  and do not forbid them;

  for of such is the kingdom of God."

  Luke 18:16

   

  In Jesus’ name, I pray,

   

  Amen.
