  Dear Father in Heaven,

   

  I need Your peace in my life today.

   

  Jesus promised to give me peace...

   

  Peace I leave with you,

  My peace I give to you;

  not as the world gives do I give to you.

  Let not your heart be troubled,

  neither let it be afraid.

  John 14;27

   

  Thank You for Your perfect peace which surpasses all understanding...

   

  Be anxious for nothing,

  but in everything by prayer and supplication,

  with thanksgiving,

  let your requests be made known to God;

  and the peace of God,

  which surpasses all understanding,

  will guard your hearts and minds

  through Christ Jesus.

  Philippians 4:6-7

   

  Please bring Your peace today into the world, into my country, and into my community.

   

  Please hear our prayers and answer the needs in my church family and in my own family.

   

  Please continue to teach us, have mercy upon us, guide us and protect us.

   

  Please help us to know Your presence and to experience Your peace today.

   

  Thank You, our loving and merciful God,

   

  In Jesus' name, I pray,
