  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Lord God,

   

  Today I desire to live fully aware of Your presence.

   

  I welcome Your Holy Spirit to fall afresh on me.

   

  As I work through my to-do lists and projects, I will seek You above all else, recognizing You as my Abba, Father.

   

  Just as Jesus called out to You in Gethsemane, I too pray...

   

  "Abba, Father," he said,

  "everything is possible for you.

  Take this cup from me.

  Yet not what I will, but what you will."

  Mark 14:36

   

  Thank You, Jesus, for Your ultimate sacrifice that has covered and forgiven all my sins and for being my Good Shepherd today.

   

  I pray these words from Psalm 23...

   

  The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

  He makes me to lie down in green pastures;

  He leads me beside the still waters.

  He restores my soul;

  He leads me in the paths of righteousness

  For His name’s sake.

  Yea, though I walk through the

  valley of the shadow of death,

  I will fear no evil; For You are with me;

  Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

  You prepare a table before me

  in the presence of my enemies;

  You anoint my head with oil;

  My cup runs over.

  Surely goodness and mercy

  shall follow me All the days of my life;

  And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.

   

  I am in awe of Your goodness Lord.

   

  In Jesus' name, I pray,

   

  Amen.
