  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Father God,

   

  Thank You for sending Your Son to earth to rescue me.

   

  I am humbled by the sinless life which Jesus led, He overcame all temptations and then he paid the price for my sins.

   

  Please show me what it looks like to follow Jesus, even in times of stress and uncertainty.

   

  Please mold me to become more like Jesus each day.

   

  Help me to be a true disciple of Jesus...

   

  Whoever wants to be my disciple

  must deny themselves and

  take up their cross daily and follow me.

  For whoever wants to save their life will lose it,

  but whoever loses their life for me will save it.

  Luke 9:23-24

   

  Lord, I want to see more of You and less of me, as John the Baptist declared...

   

  He must increase,

  but I must decrease.

  John 3:30
