Do you know that there was in Hollywood something called the Production Code? The Production Code of Hollywood stated, among other things, "No film or episode may throw ridicule on any religious faith. Ministers of religion in their character as ministers of religion should not be used as comic characters or as villains..." This code was followed up until the 1960s. And then, Hollywood threw the code out and broke its own hedge. It's no accident that movies are now filled with every kind of immorality, impurity, perversity - many once prohibited, others once undreamed of. And that same media now also ridicules religious faith and depicts ministers as comic characters and with contempt. The two go together. The depiction of immorality is joined to the ridicule of religious faith - as both represent society's progressive movement away from the faith, the Bible, God, the Gospel. All the more, in a day when society is breaking age-old hedges of right and wrong, you as God's servant must be stronger to establish even higher standards, codes, and hedges for your own life. As it is written: "Whoever breaks a hedge, shall be bitten by a serpent."
