  • The Testimony of the Shark

In 1799, an American ship named the "Nancy" suspected of carrying contraband, was seized by a British vessel. But before the 'Nancy' was boarded, the crew disposed of the illegal cargo. The captain threw the ship's records overboard and substituted a fake set of records in the event of capture. The officers were put on trial for smuggling, but the evidence was lacking. Just when the crew was about to be acquitted, the captain of another vessel walked into the courtroom with the original papers of the 'Nancy,' the very record its captain had thrown into the sea. The papers, it turned out, had been eaten by a shark. What do the 'Shark Papers' teach us? Messiah told us that in the Day of Judgment, everything you do in secret shall be seen in the light, and all you whisper shall be shouted from the rooftops. Those crewmen thought their sins were well hidden. But truth has a way of coming out. Therefore, let the light of God wash away your sins and be pure. Live a life you would be glad to have illuminated by the light and shouted from the rooftops.

    Today's Mission
Today, everything you do, do in the light of God, transparent, no hiding, as if all is being seen - as it is.
