Every year, on Yom Kippur, the High Priest would begin his entrance into the Holy of Holies. But the first thing he had to do was strip himself. On the holiest day of the year, the high priest had to strip himself of his priestly garments and put on the simplest of white coverings. Only then and being barefoot, could he begin to approach God. So you too are called to be a priest and called to enter His presence. But in order to do that you need to do the same. You have to strip yourself of your pride, your busyness, and even your ministry and ministry concerns. So even if you are the head of a great ministry, you still have to approach God, stripped, as a little child. All pride, all busyness, all concerns, must be left behind. For all ministries begin in the Holy Place; with no ministries, just God and you, and the blood of the sacrifice. And from that presence will come that love, that joy of salvation, and everything else. So enter the Holy of Holies today, but leave your High priestly garments... in the changing room.

    Today's Mission
Come into the presence of God today, bare, open, barefoot, with nothing to hide, let Him meet you and touch you, in your bareness - for real.
