  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Heavenly Father,

   

  Thank You for walking with me each day and for carrying my burdens...

   

  I am the Lord your God,

  who brought you out of Egypt

  so that you would no longer

  be slaves to the Egyptians;

  I broke the bars of your yoke

  and enabled you to walk

  with heads held high.

  Leviticus 26:13

   

  Lord, I pray that You will help me to surrender my will to Your will each day in this new year.

   

  I know that You are far greater than I can comprehend.

   

  You are majestic and magnificent, yet in Your great kindness You lovingly tend to the details of my life.

   

  You love Your people in numerous and specific ways.

   

  I pray that You will help me to love like You love.

   

  Lord, I ask that Your Holy Spirit will lead me to live in the freedom that You are offering.

   

  Please free me from my worry and turn my eyes to seek Your face each day.

   

  Help me to be faithful to You and to keep my eyes on You in this world that that is full cynicism and despair.

   

  I am humbled by the way You trade my burdens for hope and peace.

   

  I pray that I will experience the freedom that Your presence brings today.

   

  Thank You for loving me Father God.
