  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Lord God,

   

  Today I pray for the Christians and churches that are being persecuted around the world.

   

  My prayer is that they will remain steadfast in their faith and that they will know Your love, peace and protection.

   

  I pray that my Christian sisters and brothers around the world will experience the joy of Your salvation as you uphold them...

   

  Restore to me the joy of Your salvation,

  And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.

  Psalm 51:12

   

  I pray for them from Your Word...

   

  We are hard pressed on every side,

  but not crushed,

  perplexed, but not in despair,

  persecuted, but not abandoned,

  struck down, but not destroyed.

  2 Corinthians 4:8-9.

   

  Lord, I ask for Your protection from any who are trying to harm them.

   

  I pray that my persecuted brothers and sisters will walk humbly beside You in their identification with Christ’s suffering.

   

  Let their strong faith and trust in You be a witness to many and draw all people to You.

   

  In the powerful name of Jesus I pray,

   

  Amen.
