  • The Worship Weapon

They're the most powerful of weapons, but rarely used. They can vanquish the greatest of earthly foes. They can subdue an army, even give victory, but most believers rarely use them; even when they are needed the most. What are these weapons? The Bible speaks about King Jehoshaphat being led into a battle in which his army was outnumbered. But instead of fighting with regular weapons of war, Jehoshaphat commanded his army to fight with worship and praise. And when they did, the army of Judah won the war. You see, King Jehoshaphat knew something most believers don't know, that praise and worship are powerful weapons. Most believers use praise and worship in times of peace. But the real key is to use them in times of war. It's when you're in the midst of battle and there is worry, unrest, conflict, doubt, fear and anxiety that you need to use these most powerful weapons. Praise and worship God in the battle, and during the fight. When it's hardest to praise Him, praise Him anyway. You will win the battle because praise and worship are not just for peace; they are weapons of war.
