This prayer is based upon the prayer of Jabez in 1 Chronicles 4:10
Most gracious heavenly Father,
I call to You in prayer.
I pray that you would bless me indeed.
Please enlarge my territory.
I ask that Your hand would be with me
Please keep me from evil.
I pray that I may not cause pain to You, to my loved ones, to my church family and to those who stand in need of your love, mercy, and salvation.
Please grant this prayer request.
May You be glorified, oh lovely and loving One who is the Everlasting God.
In the Everlasting name of Jesus I pray,
Amen.
And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying,
“Oh, that You would bless me indeed,
and enlarge my territory,
that Your hand would be with me,
and that You would keep me from evil,
that I may not cause pain!”
So God granted him what he requested.
