  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Lord God,

   

  Thank You for being my Advocate and my Counselor.

   

  Please help me to navigate my day with Your wisdom and guidance.

   

  I pray that Your Holy Spirit will help me to be slow to speak and slow to anger.

   

  Lord, may I see the world around me through the lens of Your great compassion.

   

  Please remove any bitterness You find in me.

   

  You have called me by name, I belong to You.

   

  Thank You for preparing a place for me in Heaven.

   

  Thank You for never forsaking or abandoning me.

   

  My Lord God, I confess that there are times when I am afraid.

   

  I confess that I have not loved You with my whole heart.

   

  You know how I have fallen short of Your glory.

   

  Thank You for rescuing me when I was Your lost sheep. Luke 15:1-7

   

  Thank You for covering my shame with Your love, mercy and forgiveness.

   

  It is the desire of my heart to be used by You to bless others.

   

  I remember that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power and of love, and of a sound mind.

  2 Timothy 1:7

   

  Please fill me with Your Holy Spirit for this day.
