  Lighthouse Ministries Daily Prayer

  Dear Lord God,

   

  Thank You for Your grace and for providing my salvation.

   

  You sent Jesus to Earth to teach us and to accomplish what we could never accomplish...

   

  …by taking the form of a servant,

  being born in the likeness of men.

  And being found in human form,

  he humbled himself by becoming

  obedient to the point of death,

  even death on a cross.

  Philippians 2:7-8

   

  The depth of Your love and of Jesus' sacrifice leaves me humbled.

   

  In You I find everything I need.

   

  Please help me each day to deny myself, take up my cross and to follow You in ways that are worthy of Jesus...

   

  Then Jesus said to His disciples,

  “If anyone desires to come after Me,

  let him deny himself, and take up his cross,

  and follow Me."

  Matthew 16:24

   

  Thank You for rescuing me and for calling me to be Your disciple.

   

  In the fruitful name of Jesus I pray,
