Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for Jesus, who came into the world to save me from my sins.
With the Psalmist, I pray to You...
Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity,
And cleanse me from my sin.
Psalms 51:2
It is only through the blood of Jesus that my sins are forgiven and washed away; I'm reminded of the hymn...
What can wash away my sin,
nothing but the blood of Jesus.
What can make me whole again,
nothing but the blood of Jesus.
O precious is the flow,
that makes me white as snow,
No other fount I know,
nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Thank you, Jesus, for loving me so much and that you hear our prayers and being with us when we gather with others in Your name...
Again, I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.
For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.
Matthew 18:19-20
Please give me a stronger desire for gathering with my Christian sisters and brothers to worship Jesus and to encourage each other in our faith...
And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
Hebrews 10:24-25
Please help me to be faithful to gather with others each week to worship Jesus and to pray in His holy name.
