While it is important to conquer and have victory in belief, victory in our own personal conscience, it is important that we recognize the boundaries of reality and notice that a lot of nonsense is out there that are fraudulent scams that make that whole process look bad.
A fad amongst satanists recently has been the goetia, a book from around the 13-15th century that supports the myth of king solomon commanding demons to build the temple.
The allure of witchcraft is supernatural power. The ability to fortell events and heal within a mystical perception. Astrology among generic new age practitioners and tarot are actually other fads that have crossed into satanism in some traditions, and some of the perspectives and views and costs, are down right rediculous.
One has to look into things from an intellectual standpoint. Don't get me wrong, I like tarot and astrology, and I like the goetia too. But they are always frameworks for internal belief structures.
Rumours circulate in circles about various things like Santa muerte, as well as necromancy and demonolatry about supernatural events, some of it seems down right crazy. But when you look at the sincerity of believers when you look into the activity of legends of healing and prosperity, one must ask the question of how this applies.
This is less inspirational than prior posts about beliefs, but I do not believe that it is okay for crazy nonsense. There has to be limits.
The important thing is when you apply the balance of rationality and spirituality you can be motivated for the mundane practical goals of rehabilitation.
I always stand by what I say and do, so nothing has changed about my inspiration to help others, but with the boundaries of reality and the limitations of reason.
Within that perspective the internal path comes to light, the external archetypes of society and the names written within history can be evoked and called forth to change and be a catalyst in our lives for change. But be practical. Be real. Make a difference within the right times and ways, but don't fear self encouragement. Don't fear pride of achievements and reach the heavens!
