Rolls-Royce Ghost battery just died in DIFC – need urgent help

I'm in a bit of a panic here. I parked my Ghost in the DIFC parking lot this morning and when I came back after a meeting, the car was completely dead – no lights, no central locking, nothing at all. I managed to get a jump start from a colleague, but the dashboard is now lit up with all sorts of warnings, the air suspension feels off, and the start-stop system isn't working. From what I've read, these modern Rolls-Royces are incredibly sensitive when it comes to the battery because they share BMW Group electrical architecture and require precise battery registration using factory-level diagnostic tools to tell the car's computer that a new battery has been installed. Without this coding, the charging system doesn't adjust properly and you can end up with all sorts of electrical gremlins and a dead new battery within months. Since I'm stuck here in DIFC, I'm looking for a place that offers premium Rolls-Royce battery replacement in DIFC that understands this registration and coding process, rather than just swapping the battery and leaving me with more issues. Has anyone had to do this around here and found a reliable service that can handle the registration properly? I'm hoping to get this sorted today.
