Adding links is a problem this site has had for a long time. For your profile I found that you can add plain text into your personal information box. When posting something the add link button keeps rejecting a link. Sometimes if you add a plain text link into the post itself will bypass that problem. I’ve found using https:// works better than www.domain .whatever.
