Six months in with our new rack pallets, honest update for anyone still deciding
Back when we were setting up our second warehouse location I remember posting somewhere asking for advice on this exact topic and a few people suggested just going with whoever had the most reviews, but I ended up asking around at an industry meetup instead and someone pointed me toward a trusted rackable pallet supplier in UAE that a couple of other business owners in the room vouched for personally, it has been about six months now with daily use across three rack levels and so far nothing has warped or cracked which honestly exceeded my expectations given how rough our loading team can be when they are rushing during peak hours, there was one small issue early on where a shipment arrived with slightly mismatched dimensions on a few units but the supplier swapped them out without much hassle once we flagged it, overall feeling pretty satisfied and figured I would circle back and share an actual long term update since most posts I read before buying were just people asking questions with no follow up on how things actually turned out.
